PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR PRINT, DESIGN, OR WEBSITE PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.

Club hub reserves the right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without notice.

CANCELLED ORDERS

A 50% termination rate will be applied to any cancelled order, or any order lapsing over 14 days without response once your order approval form has been submitted.

SUBMITTED FORMS

Submitted forms have your approval to start the design process.

FILE RELEASE

All graphics, illustrations, photos, logos, etc. created by Club Hub remain their property unless you have paid for the release.

ORDER APPROVAL

The Client is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Club Hub is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Grammar, or Punctuation. Once your approval has been received, changes cannot be made before print.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS

All submitted artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Club Hub is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK colour mode. Club Hub is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. Club Hub will notify you before print of any low quality artwork, designs and/or images.

COLOUR PROOFING

Club Hub is not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not colour or density. While Club Hub will try its best to match the gradient density of each colour, we are not liable for the final appearance of a colour due to differences in computer screens and other electronic viewing devices. Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colours.

COLOUR MATCHING

Because of differences in equipment, paper and inks and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and the completed job is expected, unavoidable and shall constitute an acceptable delivery. Club Hub will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on screen proofing except on materials supplied by the customer; however, Club Hub does not guarantee colour matching. Unfortunately time to time there is a misrepresentation of colour due to soft proofing because of calibration of one monitor to another. Club Hub does not guarantee a reprint will print exactly the same as a previous order, as there are day to day changes in printer ink supply, quality and the manufacturing processes.

QUALITY ISSUES ON SUBSTRATE SIGNAGE

Our signs are printed on quality 10mm, 8mm, 6mm and 4mm coroplast for outdoor use. Club Hub covers outdoor substrate printed signage for a period of thirty(30) days. However, will not replace signs due to, but not limited to the following factors; extreme weather, extreme heat or over exposure to sunlight, misuse, mistreatment and other damages out of Club Hubs control. If there are any quality concerns on signage within this thirty(30) day period you must make arrangements to return the damaged items within this allotted timeframe. Club Hub will do a full assessment to determine if the problem is due to an error in quality of print. Club Hub has the right to refuse a reprint on any order using their digression based on this assessment.

QUALITY ISSUES ON VINYL SIGNAGE

Our vinyl signs are printed using 4 year vinyl then laminated onto quality 10mm, 8mm, 6mm and 4mm coroplast for outdoor use. Club Hub offers vinyl printed signs with a 2 year manufacturers warranty on fading, peeling and cracking ink. However, will not replace signs due to, but not limited to the following factors; extreme weather, extreme heat or over exposure to sunlight, misuse, mistreatment and other damages out of Club Hubs control. If there are any quality concerns on signage within this 2 year period you must make arrangements to return the damaged items within this allotted timeframe. Club Hub will do a full assessment to determine if the problem is due to an error in quality of print. Club Hub has the right to refuse a reprint on any order using their digression based on this assessment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since each order is unique to the customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify Club Hub within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. Failing to do so deems the Customer satisfied with the product. Where replacement is appropriate, Customer must first return 100% of the received product within 15 days from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. Our quality control department needs to inspect and verify that the complaint or issue with the print is valid before a reprint will occur. Our standard turns around times are the same on reprints.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Club Hub does not record, keep, or hold any credit card information, Quickbooks is responsible for that.
